Lake Otis Apartments, LLC owns and manages one and two-bedroom apartment buildings and three to five-bedroom single family homes. All units are conveniently located in mid-town, close to shopping, public and private schools, medical buildings, pharmacies, hospitals and universities. Some are within walking distance and there is a bus stop right in front of our complex.Our service is tenant-oriented, which means timely maintenance and repairs. In addition, we strive to keep constant communication with the tenants to establish their needs and accommodate or implement as necessary.Friendly and professional personnel make the tenant-staff interaction a pleasant experience. Tenants appreciate the language abilities of our team who are able to fluently speak, not just English, but also Spanish and German. Tenants often comment how our prompt responsiveness to any and all concerns makes for their 'satisfying stay' with us.
